Susan brings over 40 years of experience as general corporate counsel, commercial litigation and transactional attorney, handling domestic and international matters valued to over $2 billion, for intellectual property, labor and employment, merger, acquisition and divestiture matters, and first chair advocacy for sales, marketing, and manufacturing organizations. 

Her experience also includes mediation, conciliation, and arbitration as an advocate and neutral. 

Her background includes representing companies in various industries, handling software licensing, large outsourcing projects, commodity and materials procurement, litigation management, government contracting, and transactional duties for companies generating between $5 million to $40 billion in sales annually.  

She has represented multinational Fortune 100’s and entrepreneurial start-ups from inception to pre-IPO. These entities sold goods and services in a wide range of markets, both domestically and internationally. She handled matters involving project management, consulting, pharmaceuticals, office equipment and supplies, photographic products, medical equipment and consumables, plus gas and chemical delivery systems.
